What next?
Many people have asked me what I will do next as a result of the publicity of the whole Royal Academy affaire, and what I would submit to the RA next year, if anything. Several have suggested cashing in on the event by producing empty plinths (and if you want one, identical to the Plinth of the story, do ask! I have a limited amount of the original mortuary slab slate available.).
My thoughts are rather to concentrate on taking the opportunity to produce and promote more and better pieces of work from within the stream of my own consciousness. There are various projects underway, which I will show here as and when.
One idea, in one of my favourite art forms - the poetic insult - is this, at present unfinished in clay, 9 inches high : possible title "Candle in the Wind"
